On the morning of 06 July 2023, His Excellency SMAN Manan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the State of Kuwait, accompanied by Mr. SIEV Map, Counselor, had a courtesy call and a working discussion with His Excellency Ambassador Nabeel Rashed Al-Dakheel, Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocol Affairs, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait.
